Gift Certificate Policy

They may be used toward any service or product offered by Spa Evasion Facial.
Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption (physical or digital format accepted).
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Spa Evasion Facial is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates.
We encourage you to treat them like cash. If you have proof of purchase, we may be able to assist with reissuance at our discretion.
Appointments made using a gift certificate are subject to our regular booking and cancellation policies.
If you fail to show up or cancel outside the required notice period, the value of the missed appointment may be deducted from your certificate.
If the full value of a gift certificate is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will stay on the certificate and can be applied to future visits.
Promotional or complimentary gift certificates may have different terms, including shorter expiration dates and limited redeemable services. These terms will be clearly stated on the certificate.
